Day Six
Yesterday, I happened to be drugged up on nyquil due to a sudden attack of the monstrous *common cold*, so I’m afraid I couldn’t work up the energy nor the brain capacity to type out my daily diet and workout. But, I did not fail to record it all: Yesterday= Day five. Breakfast was a delicious salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, and cottage cheese, and a side of blueberry green tea. Lunch was the usual toast with cottage cheese and cucumbers (traditionally my mother’s favorite English lunch) with a side of lemon zinger tea. Dinner was a serving size of whole wheat linguini with basil and parmesan. Snacks: 1 orange, carrots, and a caramel square. I didn’t go to the gym, but did take advantage of my weights once again: 2 sets of 50 sit-ups, 10 pushups, 70 squats (with 10lb weights), biceps, triceps, and shoulders.
Today:
Breakfast: Trader Jo’s O’s with milk, 1 cup of blueberry green tea
Lunch: 1 piece of toast with cottage cheese and 1 cucumber, green tea
Snack: strawberries, 1 cup of cranberry juice
Dinner: salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, tuna, and mayonnaise (delicious)
Snack: dried cranberries, gold fish crackers
workout: 1 set of 45 sit-ups, 2 sets of 20 crunches, 12 pushups, 70 squats (with 10lb weight), 25 mountain climbers, 40 high knees, biceps, triceps, and shoulders
i love Weeds. Literally, love love love love this show. I don’t care if I’m 8 years late, this show is so good. From their play of music to Snoop Dog to weed itself. Love.
